Cold rolling mill

Pickled coils are rolled in the cold-rolling mill where they are processed into a specified thickness. Generally, the rolling reduction ratio is 40 to 90 percent. The critical point at this stage of the process is to maintain uniform and precise flatness throughout the entire length of the coil. The rolling process is automatically controlled by the latest computer technology.
