Cold rolled steel standard: BS EN 10130-1991
- Sample should be choosing perpendicular to rolling direction.
- Test should be done for every 30 ton from each grade and size.
- For coils, sample should be from outer part of the coils.
- For samples which yield point is not specified, stress for 0.2% strain is assumed as yield point and for others lower yield point is used.
- Tensile strength for Fe P01(Re= 280 N/mm2) is reliable for 8 days only.
