PACKING :

At the end of production line and after inspections the recoiling mechanism collecting and change the continuous sheets to coils on a continuous process line, this can be a huge bottleneck and dramatically reduce the overall efficiencies of the line.The sheet and coils for the export are first wrapped in antirust-treated plastic-lined crepe paper or waterproof paper and then metal envelope security placed on wooden pallets . those are available in coils or cut off lengths .

Sheet Packaging :

The sheets are available maximum in 3000 mm in length and 1250 mm in width ; but the normal sizes are 1000 x 2000 mm and 1250 x 3000 mm . The Rotary Shear mechanism are enabled us to cut the sheets in very exact dimensions up to 0.1 mm in length for using them in the several automotive lines. Then Sheet bundles supported on transversal wooden skid and longitudinal boards. The weight of the sheets bundles can be between 2 up to 5 metric ton and the maximum bundle height is 400 mm which may limit the weight.
